Return Policy




Perception of quality is subjective, no exchanges/returns will be entertained for this reason.




We accept returns only if you receive a damaged product/wrong product. 




Product unboxing video is compulsory incase of any returns. Valid proof & Proper unboxing video has to be taken from the beginning & Issue must be clear in the video without any pause or cut and should be reported within a day of receiving the product. 




Do expect slight colour variations, lighter or darker due to digital photography or mobile/computer monitor settings. No returns are accepted for slight variations in colour.




We don’t have a return pickup facility, hence the product has to be sent back by the customer.

Refunds




We do not provide refunds. Refunds are applicable only on stock out products. 






refund will be initiated to orginal payment mode with 5-7days


Exceptions




Custom products/ ready to wear sarees/ stitched blouses/ premium sarees cannot be returned.

Please note that all products under Sale or purchased using coupon/ points shall not be returned/ exchanged.
